Acorn Audio is located close to the scenically beautiful Findhorn Bay on the Moray firth Coast. The nearby village of Findhorn with it's attractive harbour is an ideal place for sailing or windsurfing or just relaxing with a gentle walk on the magnificent beach.

There are several hotels and B&B establishments locally which can cater for musicians who would like to stay in the area whilst working on a new recording.

Transport is no problem as the nearest railway station is 10 minutes drive away and Inverness airport is less than 1 hour away.


The recording studio is situated within the Universal Hall performing arts centre which also has a 300 seat auditorium, conference facilities, dance drama studio and excellent cafe. All part of the world famous Findhorn Foundation spiritual community.
